This service is to develop high throughput enzymatic assays of drug targets for compound screening. The assay development includes enzyme dose response, substrate concentration dependence, time dependence, DMSO effect, assay linearity.  The HTS assays are in 96-well plate format and the HTS protocols conditions will be defined.
